SmartCare offers tools to help you quickly access, filter, and analyze data through built-in screens known as List Pages. Along with list pages, CaMHSA has built out powerful Reports to help you analyze important data. These list pages and reports can be very helpful in to day-to-day tasks, allowing you to view actionable information directly within the system.
Reports will always pop-out into a new screen and will contain relevant filters to help you narrow down the data you seek.
Each List Page & Report is tied to specific user roles configured by CalMHSA, ensuring staff only see the data relevant to their responsibilities. Most list pages contain hyperlinks that will take you to other screens in SmartCare where the data is pulling from.
There are two main navigation types:
List Pages with “(Client)” navigation: These pages display data specific to the currently selected client. Users must have an active client record open to view the information.
List Pages with “(My Office)” navigation: These pages provide a broader overview that is not specific to one client. Note: Opening a “My Office” page does not close the client record you may have selected.
