Staff/Users (Administration) List Page

Staff/Users (Administration) is a list page that shows all users in the system currently. It can be used to access and manage key user information. Staff/Users (Administration) also allow users to create new users. It is often used to navigate to an existing user’s Staff Details page.

  1. Click on the Search icon.
  2. Type “Staff/Users” in the search bar.
  3. Select “Staff/Users (Administration)” from the search results.

This will open the Staff/Users (Administration) List Page. 

Filters

The following filters are available on this list page:

    1. Staff Name Search (Filter is not formally labeled)
    2. Active (Filter is not formally labeled, this shows the default option when first viewing the screen)
    3. All Programs (Filter is not formally labeled, this shows the default option when first viewing the screen)
    4. All Roles (Filter is not formally labeled, this shows the default option when first viewing the screen)
    5. All Insurers (Filter is not formally labeled, this shows the default option when first viewing the screen) “All Insurers” is the only option for this filter.
    6. All Providers (Filter is not formally labeled, this shows the default option when first viewing the screen) All Providers:  is the only option for this filter.
    7. Click Apply Filter once the appropriate options have been selected. 

Columns

    1. Staff Name: This will display the Staff/User and the hyperlink will take you to the Staff Details screen. 
    2. Display As: Shows a preferred name if there is one. 
    3. Username: The SmartCare username will appear here. 
    4. Phone: The number to the staff or user. 
    5. Primary Program: This will display the staff user’s primary program. 
    6. E-mail ID: The staff/user’s email will appear here. 

Upper Right-Hand Icons

    1. New Favorites Icon: Clicking on the “new favorites” icon will allow you to add this screen to your favorites for quick access.
    2. Favorites Icon: If you have this listed as your favorite already, when you hover over this icon, it will tell you the favorite name.
    3. Export Icon: This icon is available to admins. You will be able to export the data from this screen into an excel spreadsheet.
    4. New Icon: use this icon to create a new staff or user.

  • Display As
