Instructions for RCM Counties:
To obtain a Power BI license, RCM Counties are required to submit a ticket through the Helix system. CalMHSA will grant two Power BI Pro licenses per RCM County at no cost. The details will be communicated to the designated County contact. Should there be a need for more than two licenses, additional licenses can be acquired by visiting the Power BI pricing page at Microsoft’s official website https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/.
Instructions for Non-RCM Counties:
Non-RCM Counties must secure a Power BI license either by purchasing it directly at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/ or by utilizing an existing in-house license. Following the acquisition of a license, a Helix ticket must be submitted to set up and activate access.
General Instructions:
If you currently do not have a Power BI Pro license, you are advised to procure one by visiting the Power BI pricing page on Microsoft’s official website. Once the purchase is completed, a Helix ticket must be filed to gain entry into the CalMHSA Collective.
