April MSPs Now in QA

The April MSPs were deployed in QA systems for testing on June 5. Detailed information about changes has been segmented into three parts, available in these links: April Part 1, April Part 2.

Please encourage key members of your team to review and test any relevant items. To aid your review, below is a guide to the color-coding used in the attached documents.

• Green: Changes have been tested and deployed to production as part of a prior hotfix build. No need to test (unless you would like to double-check the changes).
• Blue: Changes that CalMHSA is testing; no need for county testing unless there is specific interest. However, background information may be missing without access to internal communications.
• Yellow: New functionality introduced to the system. Anything not highlighted in pink is not directly related to one of the CalMHSA tasks but could be worthwhile to review.
• Strikethrough: Changes in functionalities not being used by CalMHSA or its supported counties.

New Protocol to Come on Inquiry Functionality

Per the county shared decision-making meeting about the new Inquiry Functionality, CalMHSA will be posting a protocol by the end of next week with a written summary of the functionality and script options discussed in the meeting.

CalMHSA Connex Maintenance June 8

Connex users – please plan accordingly for upcoming maintenance to the Connex site on June 8 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (PT). Questions can be directed to Connex@calmhsa.org with any questions.

Upcoming Help Desk Holidays

Please note that CalMHSA and the Help Desk will be closed June 19 for the Juneteenth holiday, as well as for the July 4 holiday next month.

Care Coordination: Turn On Automatically Requesting Program Enrollment

CalMHSA has not received any negative feedback from counties, so this configuration will be made June 6.
