CalMHSA Rx allows you to run various types of reports from within the application. The majority of these reports are accessible by Non-Clinical staff. Provider Agent Report is accessible to only those providers who have Provider Agents authorized for them.

Medication Reports
There are two reports that display within the Patient Information widget after you have selected a patient. These reports are accessible to Non-clinical staff as well.

Provider Clinical Report
Print this report for all clients ahead of time and keep it accessible for respective authorized prescribers to reference while prescribing medicines outside CalMHSA Rx during downtime. This report provides the patient’s active and inactive medications. It also contains the patient’s allergy, diagnosis, and pharmacy information, as well as the provider’s information. It is a very useful tool when transferring patient care to another provider.
- From the patient widget, click the Provider Clinical Report button.

- The report will display. To print, click the print icon.

Patient Clinical Report
The Patient Clinical Report is a wallet –sized version of a patient’s current medication, allergy and problem list. This is an ideal way for patients to keep track of the medications they are currently taking.
- From the patient widget, click the Patient Clinical Report button.

- The report will display. To print, click the print icon.
Please Note: If you have pop-up blockers enabled, the print window will not display. You will have to turn this feature off to view and print from the browser.


Prescription Report: Prescription Summary for a Client
The Prescription Report allows you to manage all prescription activity in one convenient location. This Summary is accessible to Non Clinical Staff as well.
- Click Prescription Report in the blue toolbar at the top of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate provider or select All Providers.
- Select the Drug type or leave as all
- Select the appropriate Status:
- All: displays pending and completed prescriptions.
- Pending: displays only prescriptions that have not had any action taken on them.
- Completed: displays completed prescriptions (signed and sent or signed and printed). When Completed is selected, a date filter is displayed. Select a date range.
- Undeliverable: displays prescriptions that have not been delivered to the pharmacy.
- Select a Date Range.
- Click Search.

The report will display below:
In the report grid the following options are available:
- Status: shows whether or not a prescription was successfully sent to the prescription’s final destination. Hover your mouse over the icon to display the meaning for each icon.
- Action: depending on the status of the prescription, different Actions will display. Hover your mouse over an icon to display an explanation for each Action.
- Favorite: adds the prescription to your Favorites List.
- Modify: allows you to modify the prescription before completing it.
- Delete: allows you to delete any instance of the prescription.
- Cancel: cancels the prescription and sends a notice to the pharmacy.
- Print: reprints a completed prescription.
- Resend: resends a completed prescription.
- Renew: renews a completed prescription.
