ASCMI Completion Report Helps Manage Implementation

The new ASCMI Completion Report (CalMHSA 121) is now available in production systems. This report will help counties manage their implementation of the ASCMI form.

The report is designed to answer the question, “Which clients who should have a completed ASCMI actually have one?” It uses the program parameter to identify clients with enrollments and returns the most recent ASCMI on file — prioritizing client/guardian signed versions over unsigned or in-progress records. Please note that this report does not simply provide a list of ASCMIs that exist in the system; it focuses on completion status for enrolled clients.

For more information, refer to CalMHSA 121 – ASCMI Completion Report in the Knowledge Base.

New Protocol for 2026 Submission of TADT Available

A new protocol has been developed for 2026 TADT submissions: 2026 Submission of TADT – 2023 CalMHSA.

Please note that certain global codes are now deactivated due to the changes in the 2026 TADTs.
