Monthly Server Maintenance Oct. 25th
Monthly server maintenance will take place between 12 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25.
Note that Streamline will extend the time by two hours this month, and the SmartCare application will be unavailable during this window. Please plan accordingly and notify staff as needed.

ISL Encounter Reporting Screen Planned for QA This Month
The ISL Encounter Reporting screen should be available in county QA systems by the end of October. This is the screen that will be used for ISL reporting. More information about the process can be found on the knowledge base. This will allow counties to start testing ISL reporting.
