Contract Provider Invoicing – Updates to the Invoice Generators 

The Invoice Generators have been updated to account for the 2024-25 fiscal year. CalMHSA will continue to maintain only three Invoice Generators; new tabs have been added to each one to accommodate the 2023-24 and 2024-25 fiscal years. The date of service will determine which set of rate tabs will generate the rate. 

A new article posted to the website explains the updates in more detail. The new versions of the Invoice Generator are also available for download.  

Updated Link for Weekly State Reporting Review Meeting 

Please note the registration link has changed for the weekly State Reporting Review meeting held on Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m. Please use this link to register for upcoming meetings.  

Meetings will not be held Aug. 29 or Sept. 5 as CalMHSA focuses on system performance and an upcoming county go-live. Meetings will resume on Sept. 12. 

MCO User Roles

Counties may see new user roles in their systems that begin with “MCO.” This is related to CalMHSA’s work in setting up San Diego County. Other counties will not have MCO functionality turned on at this point, so those user roles can be disregarded. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
