User is Prompted for a CDAG Upon Login but the Dropdown Menu is Blank

When a user does not have an assigned CDAG they will not see any options in the dropdown menu.

If the user clicks the OK button they will see red error. 

If a user clicks the Cancel button, they will be returned to the login screen.

This is due to a user not being assigned any CDAGs. See How to Assign Staff to a Clinical Data Access Group(s).
