User Can’t Select a Program in the Service Note

This may be due to a few different issues.

  1. The Clinician who provided the service is not associated with the program.
  2. The Client who received the service is not associated with the program. Troubleshooting steps:

Check to make sure the client is enrolled in the program.

  1. Click the Search icon.
  2. Type in “Client Programs” in the search bar.
  3. Select “Client Programs (Client)” from the search results.
  4. This takes you to the Client Programs list page. See if the client is currently enrolled in the program.

NOTE: Before fixing this issue, confirm that the client is supposed to be enrolled in this program. To address this issue, see How to Add a Client to a Program.

Check to make sure the Clinician is associated with the program. The Clinician is the person who provided the service, regardless of who is entering the service in the system. This is seen in the service note in the Clinician field.

  1. Click the Search icon.
  2. Type in “Staff/Users” in the search bar.
  3. Select “Staff/Users (Administration)” from the search results.
  4. This takes you to the Staff/Users list page. Find the Clinician and click on their name to access their Staff Details screen.
  5. Click on the Proc/Prog/Loc/Proxy/Supervisor tab. Review the Programs section to determine if the clinician is associated with the requested program.
