Medication History and Medication Visits

Medication History pulls data for that specific client from the Pharmacy Benefit Manager and provides a comprehensive list of prescriptions that have been filled for the customer (from any prescribers within or outside of the organization). This data is held by the national Pharmacy Benefit Manager and that is the source of this information. Tab will populate with all the client’s medication in the past two years up to 100 medications.

Note: This is referencing Medication History tab, not Medication History button.
