How to Set the Emergency Indicator on the Progress Note

Step by step video guide here:

  1. The Service Note tab will display.
  2. Click the Program dropdown to select the Client’s Program associated to the service.
  3. Click the Procedure dropdown.
  4. Click the Emergency Indicator dropdown and select “Yes” or “No.”
  5. Type in client’s service details. Enter any other data on the Service tab.
  6. Click the Note tab to complete the Service Note. This will differ based on the Procedure Code.
  7. Click the Save button in the toolbar.
  8. Click the Sign button in the toolbar.
