How to View and Edit Client Order Comments

For all order types you may have a comments box to add additional notes about an order. For the comments box to appear “Order Comments” must be enabled for that order by a System Administrator.

  1. Click on the Search icon with the client open. 
  2. Type Client Orders in the search bar.
  3. Select Client Orders (Client) from the search results.
  1. This will bring up the Client Orders (Client) list page. Use the filters as needed.

Viewing the Comments

  1. Click the Blue Comment Bubble to view the comments.

Editing or Adding the Comments

  1. Click the New button in the top right.
  1. The Client Order Selection window will pop up. Check the box for the order you are attempting to modify.
  2. Click OK
  1. The CDAG Program Enrollment window will pop up. Select the correct Program Enrollment from the available options.
  2. Click OK.
  1. Click the radio button for the order you are updating in the Order List section. 
  2. In the Comment field, add or edit the comments
  3. Click Modify
  4. Click Sign
