How to Update an Allergy, Intolerance, or Failed Trial

1. Navigate to the section showing current allergies, intolerances, and/or failed trials. Click on the Comments icon. 

2.This opens the Allergies/Intolerances/Failed Trials Details popup window. Make your updates and then click Update.
