How to Track Non-Client-Specific MHSA PEI Activities

  1. With the organizational client open, click on the Search icon.
  2. Type in “New Service Note” in the search bar.
  3. Select “New Service Note” from the search results.
  1. This brings you to the Service Note screen. Select your MHSA PEI program.
  2. Select PEI Outreach in the Procedure Code field.
  3. Enter the Location the activity took place.
  4. Enter the Start Date and Time of the activity.
  5. Enter your Travel Time, Documentation Time, and Service Time. The Service time is the amount of time spent on the activity itself.
  6. If the activity was done in a language other than English, enter the language used in the Language field.
  1. Click on the Note tab and complete the PEI Services note.
  2. Click Sign.
