How to Modify a Provider to the Client Information: External Referral List

If the provider you are trying to make an external referral to is not in the system or has incorrect information, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Client Information screen.
  2. Click the External Referral tab.
    Navigate to the Client Information screen
  3. Click the Open PC Providers button.
    Click the Open PC Providers button
  4. Click the hyperlink of the Provider’s Name.
    Click the hyperlink of the Provider’s Name
  5. Make any necessary edits.
  6. Click Save.
    Click Save
