How to Do a Quick Admission

To process a quick admission, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Search icon, with the client open.
  2. Type Whiteboard in the search bar.
  3. Click to select Whiteboard (My Office) from the search results.
  1. This will bring up the Whiteboard (My Office) list page. Use the filters as needed.
  1. Click on the hyperlink for the Bed to be used for the admission.
  2. In the pop-up, select the Admit radio button.
  3. Click Select.
The Census Management – Admit screen opens.
  1. Complete the required and necessary fields on the Census Management – Admit screen.
      1. Arrival Date & Time
      2. Program
      3. Client Type
      4. Admission Type
      5. Admission Source
      6. Assignment Type
      7. Reason
      8. Location
      9. Billing Procedure
      10. Clinician
  1. When the screen is complete, click the Save button.
