How to add a Delay Reason

Step by step video guide here:

  1. Click on the Search icon
  2. Type Charges
  3. Click on Charges/Claims (My Office)
  4. Select your parameters
    1. Select Ready to Bill from the drop-down menu
    2. Select Show unbilled charges from the drop-down menu
    3. Enter a Date Range in the DOS From and Dos To field
    4. Click Apply Filter This will apply all the parameters you selected
    5. Select All or Click only on the services you want to process
    6. Click on Select Action Drop down menu
    7. Select Add Delay Reason from the drop-down menu
    8. Add Delay Reason Pop-up box appear, Select Delay Reason from the drop-down menu
    9. Click OK
