Demographic Fields Cleanup: Submit a Ticket by Sept. 18 for Impacted Client List
During a recent Sys Admin meeting, counties indicated a need for assistance in pulling a list of clients who will be affected by the clean-up script, specifically clients with a global code being deleted without a crosswalk merge. The request was approved. Counties that want to receive this list are asked to submit a Help Desk ticket by Sept. 18; requests received after that date will not be accepted.
CalMHSA will run the clean-up script on Oct. 2, giving counties ample time to obtain a list of impacted clients beforehand. County manual clean-up for affected clients can take place after the clean-up script has run. For background on the demographic fields cleanup project, see the original memo.
County Survey: Breastfeeding and Breast Milk Management in SmartCare
CalMHSA is evaluating whether to develop a Breastfeeding and Breast Milk Management form in SmartCare. To bettter understand whether these workflows are currently in use and how they are currently documented, CalMHSA is asking counties to complete a brief survey . Feedback from the survey will help determine whether this functionality would be valuable for counties and should be prioritized for future development.

Updated Invoice Generators
Updated Invoice Generators are available on the knowledge base: Contract Provider Data Entry Only.
DMC and DMC-ODS Invoice Generators:
- The CHW Degree Group for community health workers was updated to generate a rate for G0019, G0022, 90785, and T1013 on the FY 2025-26 and 2026-27 Outpatient Rate tab.
- The new Brixadi Monthly NDC procedure codes were added to the Invoice Generators. Services for these procedures will generate the same rate as Buprenorphine Injectable (Sublocade).
SMHS Invoice Generator:
- The CHW Degree Group for community health workers was updated to generate a rate for 90785 and T1013 on the FY 2025-26 and 2026-27 Outpatient Rate tab.
Correction (applies to DMC, DMC-ODS, and the SMHS Invoice Generator):
- An issue was addressed where the billing code was not converted to T2021 or T2024 in the Invoice Detail tab for eligible services when Standard & Commercial was selected on the Settings tab. Invoicing was not affected; the correct rate amount and units were applied throughout.
