MSPs Deployed to QA on March 31
The December, January, and February MSPs have been deployed to QA environments on March 31. Curated release notes are available in the EHR Knowledge Base.
The MSPs are tentatively scheduled to move to production environments on May 18, subject to change.
CalMHSA Rx: Patient Scorecard & Patient Support Features Retired
Effective March 26, the patient scorecard and patient support features within the CalMHSA Rx Patient Advisor toolbar have been retired.
This change was implemented by DrFirst after determining the low utilization of these features and to increase focus and development efforts on higher-value functionality.
Questions about this change can be directed to [email protected].
Deploying to Production: Contract Provider Charge Export
Updates to the Contract Provider Charge Export will be deployed to production this weekend, April 11. This includes a new enhancement to help counties meet BHSA reporting requirements for contracted providers.
A new “Include Client Information” option has been added. When selected, the export will include:
- Client first and last name
- Date of birth
- An “Under21” indicator
The “Under21” field displays Y or N, based on whether the client was under 21 years of age on the date of service.
This update is currently available in QA for viewing and testing. Updated versions of the Invoice Generators and the Invoice Reconciliation Tool were released last week to align with this enhancement.
ISL Codes Available in SmartCare & Resource Libraries
Individual Service Level (ISL) codes have now been configured in SmartCare, and the DHCS-approved list of codes is available on CalMHSA’s website, at the ISL Resources for Counties page.
Updated procedure codes are also included in the Procedure Code & License Workbook within the EHR Knowledge Base.
