CalMHSA has identified an issue when attempting to create a new document while in the middle of editing/creating another document, users would get the “CDAG Program Enrollment” popup to select the program for the new document, and a Save confirmation pop-up will display for the currently open document. If the user selects the “No” button in the Save confirmation popup, the new document will not be linked to the selected program in the CDAG popup.
Streamline is planning on adding additional validations on the “Save” functionality as well making changes at the framework level to prevent this type of bug from ever happening again. We will be providing an update as soon as this is set to roll out.
Please advise your users to either 1) save first or 2) exit out of the editing process shown below, if they’re planning on creating a new diagnosis document.
