Users have sometimes reported that time fields are greyed out.
This is due to the procedure code setup requiring Time In/Time Out. CalMHSA recommends NEVER marking this checkbox in the Procedure Codes setup.
- Click the Search icon.
- Type “Procedure” in the search bar.
- Select “Procedure/Rates (Administration)” from the search results.
- This takes you to the Procedure/Rates list page. Use the filters to find the procedure code in question. Click on the link in the Procedure column.
- This takes you to the Procedure Code Details. On the General tab in the Rule section, make sure the “Require Time In/Time Out in SmartCare” is unchecked.
