User is Unable to Enter into Any of the Time Fields

Users have sometimes reported that time fields are greyed out.

This is due to the procedure code setup requiring Time In/Time Out. CalMHSA recommends NEVER marking this checkbox in the Procedure Codes setup.

  1. Click the Search icon.
  2. Type “Procedure” in the search bar.
  3. Select “Procedure/Rates (Administration)” from the search results.
  4. This takes you to the Procedure/Rates list page. Use the filters to find the procedure code in question. Click on the link in the Procedure column.
  5. This takes you to the Procedure Code Details. On the General tab in the Rule section, make sure the “Require Time In/Time Out in SmartCare” is unchecked.
