System ( Add/Remove programs) . No TWAIN Drivers
Opened Command prompt in “Run as Administrator” mode and installed DynamicWebTWAINHTML5Edition.msi
After installing the MSI, the add/remove programs shows the following.
Now trying to scan in Smartcare brings up the Popup to select the scanner. This is what is expected.
