At this time, we do NOT recommend that you use the “Titrate” button if you need “Notes to Pharmacy”
- If you want to titrate a medication, once you select your medication and the strength, then you can add create each step by increasing or decreasing the dosage form or total dose, and the Rx Start Date.
- If you need additional doses of different frequencies beyond two row entries, then click on “More Steps” to add.
- Of note, if you desire a different strength, then you will need to create a new order, otherwise you will get an error.
