Setup Which Dispositions Will Allow for Program Entry

In the disposition controller, there are program-related fields. These fields are generally not available for data entry unless specifically set up to allow for this. These steps will show you how to make these fields available for a given disposition. Making these fields available does not make them required.

Once available, if the user enters Program, they must also enter the Program Status Date, and vice versa. When a Program and Program Status Date are entered in a disposition and the user clicks Save, the system will automatically add a program assignment record to the client in Requested status for that program with the Program Status Date as the Requested Date.

CalMHSA will create initial recodes for dispositions, but counties may go into the recodes to inactivate any they feel necessary and/or create any they feel necessary.
