Users may get this error when attempting to save their service note. There’s no field for “Total Duration”. CalMHSA had to relabel the Total Duration field due to CalAIM payment reform and piloting SmartCare with counties prior to CalAIM payment reform. The field labeled “Face to Face” on the front end (what users see) is the same as Total Duration on the back end (in the tables).
Have the user enter in the “Face to Face” field and save.
