Description:
This report shows program assignment record information. A program assignment record is created when a client is associated with a program. There are three statuses for this association: Requested, Enrolled, and Discharged. This report can pull information about all three or can be run to just focus on one or more of these statuses. This report abides by CDAG rules, meaning the user will only be able to see records associated with programs within the CDAG they’re currently logged in under. This report also abides by sequestration rules, meaning if a user is blocked from seeing a client’s record, that client’s program assignment records will not show on this report, regardless of CDAG.
While most of the information found on this report can also be found on the Program Assignments list page, this report also includes a length of stay, based on the client’s enrollment date. It also includes a number of other program enrollments the client currently has.
This report was deployed as part of the September 2025 MSP (Item #104, EII #131854).
Report Sections:
- Filter Section
- Summary – Shows the number of clients with a program assignment associated with that program.
- Details – Shows the details of program assignments.
Filters:
- Program – Display the Programs that are associated with the logged-in Staff. This is a multi-select field with the ability to “Select All”.
- Status – Displays the status options of a program assignment (Requested, Enrolled, and Discharged). This is a multi-select field with the ability to “Select All”.
- Start Date
- End Date
Summary Section:
- Program Name
- Number of clients with a program assignment for that program
Columns in Summary Section:
- Client – Displays the client’s ID number, the client’s last name, and the client’s first name (e.g. 1143 Duck, Daffy)
- Program – Displays the program associated with this program assignment record (program name)
- Status – Shows the current status of the program assignment record (Status Name)
- Date Requested – Shows the Date Requested value of the program assignment record, including time. If time was not entered, 12:00AM will show.
- Date Enrolled – Shows the Date Enrolled value of the program assignment record, including time. If time was not entered, 12:00AM will show.
- Date Discharged – Shows the Date Discharged value of the program assignment record, including time. If time was not entered, 12:00AM will show.
- Program Assigned Staff – Shows the currently assigned program staff, if entered.
- Length of Stay (# of Days Enrolled in Program) – Counts the number of days from the Date Enrolled to Today (date report was run).
- # of Other Programs Client Enrolled – Shows the number of other program assignments with status “Enrolled” for that client.
