This spreadsheet provides you with information on procedure codes that are in SmartCare. This is updated frequently, so we don’t recommend downloading this document. This has all procedure codes and is generally useful for System Administrators, Billers, and Contract Providers who aren’t directly entering in SmartCare. For end users who are entering directly into SmartCare, we recommend viewing the Service Code Definitions for their license type.
