- If you want to prescribe a medication with different doses during a day (eg morning and evening), then once you select your medication and the strength, then you can add create different doses of the same strength for different frequencies.
- If you need additional doses of different frequencies beyond two row entries, then click on “More Steps” to add.
Additional recommendations:
- In order to use “More Steps” function, the medication must be of the same strength. If you prefer a different strength, then you will need to make a new order.
- You may want to consider providing clear instructions to the patient/pharmacy.
