CalMHSA Managed Configuration Keys

Configuration Keys	Description
MAR
MAR_RefreshRate	How often the MAR is refreshed, the number you place in here is miliseconds, should be set to 60 for 1 minute
MARDefaultAdministrationWindow	This is preset to 60; SL has guided us to ignore this config key
MARDefaultLocationCode	Used to charge capture in MAR and keep a Default Location for MAR, can not use if you are using the MAR to charge in multiple locations
MARMinutesBeforeOverdue	This is not being used, this is an older version of MARMinutes2XBeforeOverdue
Orders
BillingDiagnosisStartDate	value needs to say 10/01/2020, will not be able to sign order if value is NULL
Bed
ClinicianForBedServices	Value is staff ID of who would be bed day clinician, this will be the clinician that will be assigned to the automatic services created by automatic bed attendance. Should have profile created under System Bed Day, staff ID of this profile will be Value. This staff profile should not be edited. Staff profile will have admin role, admin cdag, programs connected to the automated bed day creations, and a sys admin license.
BEDPROGRAMENROLLMENT	Acceptable value: Do Not Require Program Enrollment, Require Program Enrollment, Enroll client automatically. Screens this impacts: Census Management, Inpatient Activity Details (when moving or admitting, it will automatically enroll client in program you are admitting, require a program to be selected or not require a program at all ) - CalMHSA has this all as Enroll Client Automatically or counties can choose require program enrollment, we are NOT using Do Not Require Program Enrollment, this option will break 42CFR
DisableBedAttendanceRow	This Key belongs to Bed Census and the Attendance pop up on Bed Census. We need to not allow the user to modify the Attendance Record if there is already an Attendance Record in the system and there is a Service ID associated to the attendance record and the Service ID`s status is anything BUT Error. CalMHSA value is N
IP Psychiatric Note
DisplaySourceOfCurrentMedOnCurrentMedicationControl	This will allow a column called "source" to the current medications" section of the "Medication" control found on the IP Psych Note and the Psych Note and any other document
ShowAntiPsychoticMedsAtDischargeInIPEMNote	This key configuration is used to show/hide "Anti-Psychotic Medications at Discharge" section in Medical Decision Making Tab of IP Psychiatric Note
RX
CompleteOrdersToRX	This only pertains to organizations that will be prescribing out of surescripts [any external pharmacy], [CalMHSA does use this for discharge medications, this will allow any active orders at discharge, from clients orders, to transfer over to RX ]

County Managed Configuration Keys

Configuration Keys	Description
MAR
MAR_EnableBarcoding	Enable or disable MAR Barcoding,
MAR_ShowAdministeredName	allows you to see the name of the individual of who administered the medication, would only show the date / time of WHO administered the medication
MAR_AutoScheduledDays	number of days in value, is how many days the MAR will auto schedule for and how many days in the future the clinicians can see what was scheduled
MAREnableStaffDropDown	If this value is set to N, the staff that has recorded the administration of staff will show up as administered staff, if this is set to Y, staff will have the option to choose an administered staff and document on behalf of other clinicians
MARMinutes2XBeforeOverdue	This key determines how many minutes after a medication is due that it is recognized as overdue. Acceptable values are 15, 30, 60 , 90
MARNumberOfShifts	Will Determine how many shifts you can set in a 24 hour period, can set up to 3 shift types
MAROverdueLookBackHours	Determines how many hours you can go back and look to see overdue Medications by clicking the Overdue Hyperlink in Mar
MARShiftStartTime	Is Paired with MARnumberOFShifts and MARShiftEndTime, determines the time the shift is starting
MARShiftEndTime	Is Paired with MARnumberOFShifts and MARShiftStartTime, determines the time the shift is Ending
MARShowDiscontinueMedsFromPastXDays	number of days that you can see discontinued medications on Client MAR, they will show greyed out and they cannot be administered but you will still see them on MAR for that amount of days
MARTimeFormat	This allows you to change the MAR to use 24 hour military time or 12 hour time format (this also gives you 24 dispense time boxes in the order template frequency screen)
CreateMARDuringShiftTimes	If this is set to Yes, it will only create Medication Values to be seen during that current shift, it will not allow them to see future medications for that specific client. If it is set to No, then MAR record will be created as per Frequency time as defaulted behavior
Orders
ShowCompleteOrdersOnPopUp	When Clinician is placing order, pop up will appear that shows discontinued / modified orders. This config key gives them the option to add completed orders to this list also. This should stay as N so users do not have the ability to edit completed orders. This can be set to Y in the use case that a sys admin needs to assist with error correcting a completed order. This should immediately be switched back to N when the error correction has been completed.
Bed
AllowOverlappingBedAdmissionFromBedboard	The purpose of this key is to allow an overlapping bed admission to be created. Value of Y allows counties to be able to admit a client in another bed while that client is in a scheduled discharge status or on - leave.
BEDCENSUSSERVICECREATIONLAGDAYS	(Value for this Key identifies the number of days from the Attendance Date after which a Show Service is created for the Attendance Date.) This KEY determines how manys days after a client is listed on the bedboard that a service will be created. Example, client is admitted on the 2nd, if you have 2 as value, service will be created 2 days later
