How to View Whiteboard Observations

For all Order Types except “Activity” and “Safety Check,” you may be able to see info about a completed order on the Whiteboard under the “Observations” column. For this to be enabled, the setting “Whiteboard Observations” must be set for that order by a System Administrator. This feature can be utilized by Nursing, Prescribers, and Clinical Support.

  1. Click on the Search icon.
  2. Type Whiteboard in the search bar.
  3. Select Whiteboard (My Office) from the search results.
  1. This will bring up the Whiteboard (My Office) list page. Use the filters as needed.
  2. To view the Whiteboard Observations for a completed order on the Whiteboard (My Office) screen, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom to locate the “Observations” Column.
