- Have the client open. Click on the Search icon.
- Type “Flow Sheet” in the search bar.
- Select “Flow Sheet (Client)” from the search results.
- This takes you to the Flow Sheets page. Select the Pediatric Symptom Checklist Score from the dropdown menu.
- Select your start and end dates that you’d like to see.
- Click Apply Filter.
- You can also view this information in graphical form by clicking on the Graphs tab.
