How to Save Filters and/or Create Favorites

Filters assist you with locating the data that is relevant to the user; filters will vary by list page.

  1. Some list pages have multiple filters. In order to reduce the real estate within the screen filter options can be expended and decreased. This can be done by clicking the plus/minus on the upper right corner of the filter area.

  2. When setting filters select options and click the Apply Filter button.

  3. When there is a date field(s), removing the date will not limit the data but the date.
    1. For example, if I wanted to see all active lab orders regardless of date, removing the date will display this information.

  4. Note: It is very common when expected information is not displayed on the list page the filters are not set correctly.
