This article will lead you through how to set your default location so that every time you enter CalMHSA RX, it will drop you in this location. Prescribing locations are what determines your contact address, phone, and fax on the prescription. This guide will also show you how to set it such that this location will show all pending (queued) medications for all locations. This keeps you from having to change locations to view queued medications in each location.
Setting Default Location
Two ways to get to your settings.
- Go to top right of screen in CalMHSA Rx. Select your name or Select dropdown.
- Select Settings.
OR
- Go to top left of screen in CalMHSA Rx. Select Menu Icon.
- Select Settings.
- In Manage Settings, select Preferences.
- Select Application¸ if it is not already selected.
- Select Default Login Location dropdown. You should see a list of locations that have been assigned to you. Select your default location.
- Select Save.
Your Default Location has been Selected.
Setting “Show Pending and Undeliverable Prescriptions from all Locations”
- Select Prescription Management.
- Put Check Mark in box next to “At this location, show pending and undeliverable prescriptions from all locations.”
- Select Save.
Now all queued medications will be visible to you in this one location.
