How to See What Permissions Are Assigned to Which User Roles

  1. Click on the Search icon.
  2. Type “Staff Roles and Permissions 2” in the search bar.
  3. Select “Staff Roles and Permissions 2” from the search results.
  1. This will open up a reports window. Enter in your parameters.
    1. Role Id – Select with role you want to see permissions for. You can also select “All Roles”.
    2. Permission Template Type – Select which type of permission you want to view. This defaults to “All Template Types”. Selecting “All Template Types” will show you all permissions for that user role.
    3. Permission Status – Select if you want the report to only return permissions that are granted, only permissions that are denied, or all permissions (granted and denied).
      1. Granted/Denied – will return all permissions that exist in the system and whether that role has that permission granted or denied.
      2. Granted – will only return those permissions that the user role has granted; those permissions the user role is denied will not show up on the report.
      3. Denied – will only return those permissions that the user role is denied; those permissions the user role is granted will not show up on the report.
    4. Include All Permissions Outside of Role – Select whether or not you want the report to include permissions that are not subject to user role.
    5. Staff – Select whether you want to view the permissions of only a single staff member. This defaults to “All”. Selecting “All” will not bring in any staff information into the report.
  2. Click “View Report”.
  1. Once the report populates, click on the Export icon to export the report as needed.
