Include any supplementary details pertaining to your request:
Ex. Refresh reason, urgency, requested date, etc.
Processing the Request:
Upon receipt on the email, CalMHSA will open a Streamline Zendesk Ticket
When the ticket is opened, you will receive a reply with the Zendesk Ticket number, confirming request has been processed.
Streamline will work the Streamline Zendesk ticket and process the refresh accordingly
Estimated/Anticipated Timeline:
QA Refreshes will take place either Monday or Wednesday night
Requests processed Friday & Monday will be tentatively scheduled for following Wednesday night
Request processed Tuesday – Thursday will be tentative scheduled for the following Monday night
- Note: Only 4 refreshes can be processed on each respective day subject to resources. While we will do our best to adhere to the estimated timeline, this process is subject to change pending unforeseen circumstances or resource limitations.
