How to Re-Activate a User Who Has Been Locked Out / How to Enable a Disabled Account

  1. Click the Search icon.
  2. Type in “Staff/Users” in the search bar.
  3. Select “Staff/Users (Administration)” from the search results.
  4. This takes you to the Staff/Users list page. Find the user and click on their name to access their Staff Details screen.
  5. In the General tab, select the Can Login button.
