How to Proceed if the Social Security Number is Unknown

The below workflow is when the SSN is unknown.

1. From the Client Information (C) screen, select the Custom Fields tab.
2. The Custom Fields tab will In the California State Reporting section, type the “PseudoSSN” in the PseudoSSN text field.
3. Select the Save button in the toolbar.
