How to Create a New POCT Lab Order

To place a new POCT order, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Search icon with the client open. 
  2. Type Client Orders in the search bar.
  3. Select Client Orders (Client) from the search results.
  1. This will bring up the Client Orders (Client) list page. Use the filters as needed.
  1. Click the New button in the top right.
  1. The Client Order Selection window will pop up. Check the box for the order you are attempting to modify.
  2. Click OK
  1. The CDAG Program Enrollment window will pop up. Select the correct Program Enrollment from the available options.
  2. Click OK.
  1. In the search box, type the name of the POCT and click to select it. 
  2.  Confirm the Order Entry Details are correct.
  3. Complete the Order section with the frequencies, end date, start, and comments. 
  4. Click Insert.
  5. Click Sign
