CalMHSA is actively working on bringing medication and allergy lists from CalMHSA Rx into Smart Care.
In the short term, we recommend that if you need a medication or allergy list to add to your note, that you go to the CalMHSA Rx Patient Summary for a client.
While the Provider Clinical Report is more comprehensive in terms of what data it demonstrates, if using copy/paste function to capture the medication list, we recommend using the Patient Clinical Report.

- Paste in the textbox within Smart Care. You may need to do minimal reformatting.
