Step by step video guide here:
- You must first have the client open, then click the Search icon.
- Type Problem into the search bar.
- Click to select Client Clinical Problem Details (Client).
- Once have searched and selected a problem, click the favorite icon.
- You can also select a problem from the problem list section by clicking the radio icon.
- You’ll see a green notification letting you know it has been added.
- To use this the next time you are adding a problem, click the favorites drop-down arrow and select a favorite problem.
