How to Add an External Pharmacy that is Used in the Inpatient Setting

  1. Click the Search icon.
  2. Type Medications in the search bar. 
  3. Select Medications (My Office). The Rx module will open. 
  1. Click Manage Pharmacies.
  1.  Enter the inpatient pharmacy information.
    1. Name
    2. Address
    3. NCPDP Number
    4. Phone
    5. Fax
    6. City
    7. State
    8. Zip
    9. Specialty
  1. Click Insert
  1. You will now see the inpatient pharmacy in the drop-down menu when prescribing a medication.
