How to Add a Client to a Program

NOTE: DO NOT do this outside of clinical workflow unless you are fixing an error.

  1. With the client open, click the Search icon.
  2. Type Client Programs in the search bar.
  3. Click to select Client Programs (Client) from the list.
  4. In the Client Programs list page, click the New icon.
  5. Click the drop-down menu in the Program Name field and select the appropriate program.
  6. Click the drop-down menu in the Assigned Staff field and select the appropriate staff (optional).
  7. Click the drop-down menu in the Current Status field and select Enroll.
  8. Click the Requested Date field and select the appropriate date (optional).
  9. Click the Enrolled Date field and select the appropriate date.
  10. Click Save.
