How to Add a Client Contact to the Client’s Treatment Team 

  1. With the client open, click on the Search icon.
  2. Type “Treatment Team” in the search bar.
  3. Click to select “Treatment Team (Client)” from the search results
  1. This will bring you to the client’s Treatment Team list page. Click the New icon.
  1. Click the Contact radio button.
  2. Enter the Start Date and End Date, if applicable.
  3. Click the drop-down menu and select the client contact you need to add.
  4. Click the role drop-down menu and select Family/Friend. 
  5. Click the drop-down menu and select the appropriate program.
  6. Click Save.
