Staff Calendar Organizational Views Limited to Sys Admins After Sept. 5
CalMHSA will be removing the ability to create organizational views in the staff calendar from all user roles – except the county affiliate sys admins – at the end of the day on Sept. 5. This change is a result of a county request and subsequent feedback from other counties about the change. One county indicated that this would not impact them; one county indicated they don’t see an issue with including this permission for the reception/front desk role; and two counties indicated that they agreed with the request.
Limited Help Desk Support During EHR Conference
The CalMHSA EHR Help Desk will operate with limited support from Sept.15-17 during the week of the EHR conference, as team members will be traveling and attending an all-staff meeting. We will continue to monitor and respond to chats and tickets throughout this period, though response times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and will address all requests as quickly as possible.
It’s Not Too Late: Join Your Colleagues at the EHR Conference
Don’t miss this year’s in-person conference, Sept. 17-18 in Sacramento. Meet your colleagues from counties around the state, share your ideas and challenges, and leave inspired for the future of the SmartCare EHR collective. View the agenda. Register now.
Upcoming CalMHSA Connex Maintenance
All Connex users were sent an email notification describing upcoming maintenance to the Connex site taking place on Sept. 6 at 4 p.m. (PT) through Sept. 7 at 7 p.m. (PT), and on Sept. 10 from 5-8 p.m. (PT). Please plan accordingly for these maintenance windows and contact [email protected] with any questions.
Reminder: Inquiry Locking Deadline Oct. 31
The deadline to request a script from CalMHSA to implement the Inquiry Locking functionality is end of day on Oct. 31. If a county has not requested a script by then, any subsequent request will be considered a billable enhancement.
