SmartCare Chatbot Launches Feb. 24

A new and improved SmartCare Chatbot launches Tuesday, Feb. 24. No action is required by users; the update will be applied automatically.

Key features of the update include:

• Enhanced text formatting with copy-to-clipboard functionality
• Suggested questions to help you get started (SmartCare version)
• 2025-26 billing manuals now available as sources
• Better mobile experience and improved readability
• Source links will show article titles
• General fixes and performance improvements
• New CalMHSA branding and improved interface design

MAR / Orders Update: Label Change

The following update has been made within the Order Details screen to better reflect the intended documentation and support clearer medication records:

• In the Start drop-down menu, the option previously labeled “Standing Administered Once” has been renamed to “One Time Dose – Already Given.”
