While most configuration keys are managed and set by CalMHSA, some can be edited by the county if desired. The following are the password requirements for configuration keys:

- PASSWORDREQUIRESPECIALCHARACTER = Y
- PASSWORDREQUIREUPPERCASE = Y
- PASSWORDREQUIRENUMERIC = Y
