How to Mark an Order Completed

For all Order Types you may be able to set the Status as “Complete.” To be able to set an order as “Complete” the setting “Order can be completed” must be enabled for that order by a System Administrator. This process can be utilized by Nursing, Prescribers, and Clinical Support.

  1. Click on the Search icon with the client open. 
  2. Type Client Orders in the search bar.
  3. Select Client Orders (Client) from the search results.
  1. This will bring up the Client Orders (Client) list page. Use the filters as needed.

How to Modify or Update an Order Before Completing It

  1. Click the New button in the top right.
  1. The Client Order Selection window will pop up. Check the box for the order you are attempting to modify.
  2. Click OK
  1. The CDAG Program Enrollment window will pop up. Select the correct Program Enrollment from the available options.
  2. Click OK.
If you need to make any changes or additions to the order before completing it, you can make those changes in the Client Order screen. 
  1. In the Order Status field, click to the drop-down menu and select Complete.
  2. Click Sign. 

How to Mark an Order Complete within the Client Order Detail Screen When No Changes or Additions Need to Be Made

  1. From the Client Orders screen, locate the order you want to mark complete. Click the hyperlinked name of the order.
  1. In the Order Status field, click the drop-down arrow and select Complete. 
  2. Click Save.
