CalMHSA Reports: Numbering System Guide

All CalMHSA Reports will be named with the following numbering system and naming convention

CalMHSA NNN – Name of Report

For example: CalMHSA 204 – Staff Appointment Report is a Caseload/Staff based report. Report numbers should be unique to each report and are assigned by CalMHSA. 

There are some reports that do not have this numbering system applied and there will be an effort by CalMHSA to start changing those report names and apply the numbering system.

• 100 – Client Reports
• 200 – Caseload/Staff Reports
• 300 – Program Reports
• 400 – Hierarchy Reports
• 500 – QI/Compliance Reports
• 600 – Managed Care Reports
• 700 – Fiscal Reports
• 800 – Data Extract Reports
