This report is designed be used to investigate potential SmartCare client matches with clients listed in the MMEF file. It is to help compare and reconcile client data differences between the MMEF file and SmartCare.

A query that pulls from the CaliforniaMMEFFileDetials table with a single join to the Clients table. The query will only pull data base on the following:

–        Either the associating Client record and the MMEF record have not been soft deleted. I.E. ISNULL(RecordDeleted,’N’)=’N’

–        The MMEF’s filedate matches with the selected “File Date” parameter.

–        The MMEF’s record status is set to ‘Potential Match’

Other query notes include:

–        If the associating client record’s last and first name is ‘=’ to the MMEF record’s beneficiary last and first name then display yes in the respective columns

–        If the associating client record’s SSN matches with the MMEF Record’s medsIdentificationNumber, is “999999999”, or if the last part of the SSN is either ‘P’ or ‘Q’ then display yes for Match SSN column. Else display No for Match SSN column.

–        If the associating client record’s sex match with MMEF record’s gender, then display yes for Match Gender column. Else display no for Match Gender column.

–        If the associating client record’s DOB matches with the MMEF record’s DateOfBirth then display Yes in the Match Birth Date column. Else display No in the Match Birth Date column.

–        See if the client have any program enrollments where the discharge date is Null and the enrollment record is not soft deleted (I.E. ISNULL(RecordDeleted,’N’)=’N’). If the user have more than 0 of these type of enrollment records, then display Y in the Has Open Enrollments column. Else display N in the Has Open Enrollments column.
